Refund Policy

At Mantul Marketing, we are committed to delivering high-quality media and marketing solutions. Due to the nature of our creative and strategic services, we implement the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all parties involved.

1 Service-Based Projects

Payments made for services such as content creation, video production, social media management, funnel building, and media buying are non-refundable once the project has commenced or the first deliverable has been shared. This policy protects the time and resources allocated by our team from day one.

2 Retainer Packages & Monthly Services

  • For monthly or ongoing service agreements, a 30-day cancellation notice is required prior to the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused days in a billing period once work has begun.

3 Workshops / Webinars / Digital Products

  • If you are unable to attend a paid webinar or workshop, you may request to transfer your slot to another session (subject to availability).
  • No refunds will be issued for digital downloads, recordings, or templates once delivered, as these assets cannot be returned.

4 Refund Requests

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if services have been rendered as agreed.
