Mantul Marketing provides full-service media and marketing solutions, including but not limited to video production, content creation, social media management, webinar hosting, IP branding, funnel strategy, and media buying.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

- Providing timely information, approvals, and content necessary for project completion.

- Ensuring all provided materials do not infringe on third-party rights.

- Meeting agreed payment schedules to avoid project delays or service suspension.

3. Intellectual Property

All original creative assets produced by Mantul Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership and usage rights are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and project materials. Both parties agree not to disclose proprietary information to any third party.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid as per the agreed terms (e.g., 50% deposit + 50% upon completion). Late payments may incur a 10% late fee after 14 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, Mantul Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, platform disruptions, or unforeseen project outcomes.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
